I hate DRM with my whole soul. I also hate the fact that the pandemic made people fall into that kind of slavery, but can you really blame them? They don't see anything wrong with Windows, why would they with Disney+, netflix, etc.? Especially when it's such a convenient way to enternain yourself during the pandemic? That's the reason We should teach them why it's wrong, we should teach them what Kind of Evil the DRM really is, how unjust the non-free software is. There will be a lot of those who won't understand us, those who will laugh at us, those who even might directly oppose us, but that's okay, in regards to those people I really like how Vladimir Lenin nailed it: The slave who is aware of their slavish condition and fights it is a revolutionary. The slave who is not aware of their slavish condition and vegetates in silent, unenlightened, and wordless slavery, is just a slave. The slave who drools when smugly describing the delights of slavish existence and who goes into ecstasies over their good and kind master is a grovelling boor.

Fuck QR-codes. They are useless against the pandemic. The government is basically using COVID-19 as a reason to justify the opression and the violation of our privacy. Now to buy something at the local store you have to be identified by some weirdos that are standing there for a whole day (is that literally their job? Is that what they do?). They're refusing to let people enter the shop if they don't show them their passport + qr-code that they're indeed vaccinated. That is literally fascism. Plus, this won't do anything for the statistic of vaxed people vs anti-vaxed. Do you really think that those who are crazy enough to believe that these things have Bill Gate's chips implemented in it will go out of their way to get shot just because they want to eat in public? No, absolutely not. Those who are sane will get vaccinated anyway, but now you have an excuse to identify those people. What a smartass move!
